Nick Bollettieri (USA)

Nick Bollettieri is widely accredited as one of the greatest and most influential tennis coaches of all time. He has worked with a number of leading tennis players, helping nine to become world number one, including Jim Courier, Andre Agassi, Monica Seles, Boris Becker and Mary Pierce. In 1953, the young Bollettieri graduated from Spring Hill College with a degree in philosophy. After serving in the Army for a few years he turned to teaching tennis in 1956. In 1978, he founded the Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy in Florida where players combined on-court training sessions with physical training and mental conditioning. It was a proven method that Nick used to coach a number of the world's leading tennis players. The Academy soon became synonymous with tennis excellence and is currently used as the training base for a number of the world's elite. In 1987, the Academy was purchased by IMG, though Bollettieri continues to manage and play a pivotal role in the development of the tennis academy. In recent years he has worked Maria Sharapova, Jelena Jankovic and Nicole Vaidisova, all of whom have risen to the top of the women's game. He has also worked closely with the Williams sisters and helped their progression to be a dominant force on the Tour. Other noticeable tennis talents include Tommy Haas, Anna Kournikova, Marcelo Rios and Xavier Malisse to name just a few more. Bollettieri, continues with tennis coaching public speaking engagements throughout the world.

Bob Brett (AUS)

The Australian born Brett started his coaching career as an apprentice to compatriot Harry Hopman, the legendary coach who led the Australian Davis Cup team to glory.
